Thread of Shame ;)

This is where you list pop songs (past or present) billed as ‘country’ that you admit to liking or even, dare i say, LOVING!

Repetitive Regret* - Eddie Rabbit
The Sound Of Good-Bye - Chrystal Gale
Off In A Letter To You - Eddie Raven

*I believe Repetitive Regret comes complete with keyboard faked steel. Image</font>

I hope everyone realizes this is a tongue-in-cheek thread. That's why there is a winky wink in the subject line. Anyways i thought of a few more today:

Mountain of Love
Every Heart Should Have One
- both Charley Pride

Heartbreak Kid- Restless Heart

Every Once in a While - Blackhawk

My point is:
I prefer traditional country also but there are many pop-type songs i never would have heard if they weren't played on Country radio.

I would be happy with a 50/50 mix on the radio. But i think it is closer to 90/10 right now.
